These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of managedserviceproviders.online (the “Site”) and any contact data, reports, or exports purchased through it (the “Data”), operated by ManagedServiceProviders.online (“we,” “us,” “our”). By requesting a sample, purchasing Data, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.
1. The service
We provide verified business contact and firmographic data on managed service providers (MSPs) and managed security service providers (MSSPs), delivered as a CSV/Excel export, API access, or direct CRM integration, priced per contact with volume discounts as described on our pricing page.
2. Permitted use of the Data
You may use Data you purchase for your own outbound marketing, partner recruitment, research, and related internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Data (in whole or in part) to any third party, and you may not use the Data to build a competing contact database or data product, without our prior written consent.
3. Your compliance responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your own use of the Data — including any email, phone, or direct-mail outreach — complies with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and any other law that applies to your campaigns and your recipients’ locations. This responsibility exists regardless of the source of the list and sits with you as the sender. 4. Free samples and pricing
Free samples are limited to up to 100 contacts per request, filtered to your stated criteria, and are provided without cost or obligation to purchase. Paid pricing is per verified contact, with an automatic volume discount applied past 5,000 contacts in a single order, as shown on our pricing calculator; quoted totals are estimates until confirmed in an order confirmation or invoice.
5. Accuracy and replacement guarantee
We verify emails at the mailbox level and re-check records on a rolling 30-day cycle, but we do not guarantee that any given record is error-free or will remain accurate indefinitely, since job changes and company changes happen continuously. If bounce or invalid-record rates in a purchased segment exceed an agreed threshold, we will provide replacement records for the affected contacts at no additional cost; this replacement remedy is your exclusive remedy for data-accuracy issues.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the Data are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Data, and our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or ability to purchase Data if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including the resale restriction in Section 2 or a material compliance failure under Section 3.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
